We ship our handmade chocolate bars within Austria and selected EU countries .

Chocolate is delicate! During the summer months, we ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday to avoid prolonged storage in warm parcel centers.

2. Shipping service provider
- Private customers: Austrian Post, DHL or DPD
- B2B: Shipping via freight forwarder or individually coordinated delivery service
As soon as the package leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
- Each chocolate bar is carefully packaged to prevent breakage and melting .
- For larger orders we use special protective packaging .
- In summer we use insulated packaging and cooling pads (on request and for an additional charge).
- Shelf life: At least 3 months from dispatch.
4. Payment & order processing

Since these are food products , returns are generally not possible. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos by email to: order@angelhairchocolate.shop
