Our handmade chocolate bars contain the following allergens according to the EU Food Information Regulation (LMIV):

Allergens contained:

Gluten (wheat)
soy
Milk (lactose)
Pistachios

May contain traces of:

sesame
Peanuts
Hazelnuts

INGREDIENTS:

RUM (alcohol) , sugar, pistachio kernels (15%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, lactose (from milk), skimmed milk powder , toasted dough threads ( wheat flour , water, salt), vegetable oils (sunflower oil, sesame oil), emulsifier: lecithins ( soy ), colors (anthocyanins, curcumin), natural vanilla flavor, pink glaze, color E 120, sweet whey powder, acidity regulator (citric acid E330), palm oil, pomegranate flavor, raspberry flavor.

Important NOTE:
Our products are manufactured in a confectionery that also processes other nuts, sesame, and gluten-containing ingredients. Despite the utmost care during production , traces of allergens cannot be ruled out.

Shipping guidelines – HofaBäck Bakery

1. Shipping countries & delivery times

We ship our handmade chocolate bars within Austria and selected EU countries .

Private customers

⚠️ Note for hot summer months:
Chocolate is delicate! During the summer months, we ship exclusively from Monday to Wednesday to avoid prolonged storage in warm parcel centers.

B2B shipping costs & delivery times

• Special packaging for bulk orders: Due to the delicate nature of our chocolate, we use high-quality protective packaging to prevent breakage or melting.
• Express or pallet shipping: Available upon request.

Individual logistics solutions & special prices for very large quantities on request.

2. Shipping service provider

• Private customers: Austrian Post, DHL or DPD
• B2B: Shipping via freight forwarder or individually coordinated delivery service

As soon as the package leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

• Each chocolate bar is carefully packaged to prevent breakage and melting .
• For larger orders we use special protective packaging .
• In summer we use insulated packaging and cooling pads (on request and for an additional charge).
• Shelf life: At least 3 months from dispatch.

4. Payment & order processing

Private customers (online shop)

Prepayment (bank transfer)

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.

B2B payment terms

• Delivery time: 5-10 working days (unless otherwise agreed verbally)
• Payment:
  • Orders under 500 pieces : Payment required before shipment.
  • From 500 pieces : 50% deposit required , the remaining amount must be paid online before shipping.

5. Returns & Complaints

Since these are food products , returns are generally not possible. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos by email to: order@angelhairchocolate.shop
